SRD weekend happiness!

So this weekend has been amazing! I spent it with TOPS ladies at our state rally. The weekend was filled with wonderful speakers and music! All about supporting each other in our individual weight loss journey. The timing could not have been better. I literally just had a Dr appointment with my new cardiologist who gave me "the come to Jesus" appointment. He told me what my condition is and that my surgery is not far off and I need to lose weight and to get healthy he recommended the Mediterranean diet. I'm going to spend the next few days getting information and starting. I see his office on Friday again for more testing and then in another two weeks for the results.
This weekend gave me peace and renewed my faith in myself. God bless everyone in need!
