Welcome to me!!!!!

Introduction, I am Amanda B single LDS gal from SLC, Utah
I come from a large loving wonderful family.
I work for a shipping company whom I just love to death!
I currently help take care of dad, who is dealing with kidney dialysis.
One of the big things on my plate right now is that I am waiting for heart surgery to fix a genetic defect.
I love cooking (learning still, not very good yet more of that to come)
I love history and more specifically WW11 (I feel weird saying that) :)
I totally adore my nieces and nephews I have 17 included two in-laws and 1 great nephew and 1 great niece!


I am really just wanting to start sharing and recording my life so I keep track of what goes on.  I sometimes have crazy things happen and want to forever remember them!

SRD weekend happiness!

So this weekend has been amazing! I spent it with TOPS ladies at our state rally. The weekend was filled with wonderful speakers and music! All about supporting each other in our individual weight loss journey. The timing could not have been better. I literally just had a Dr appointment with my new cardiologist who gave me "the come to Jesus" appointment. He told me what my condition is and that my surgery is not far off and I need to lose weight and to get healthy he recommended the Mediterranean diet. I'm going to spend the next few days getting information and starting. I see his office on Friday again for more testing and then in another two weeks for the results. This weekend gave me peace and renewed my faith in myself. God bless everyone in need!
